Heyy Sumeeya/Saumya/Sumaya,
Well, i hope ur well enough to read this before u come to school or else this would be a waste of time...
Okaaay...so we 'replaced' you with Sudeeptha. She was a narrator, so was Mariah. Juli was the nanobot, atheeq was the father, i was the daughter, ashan was the teacher and Prashan was the monitor.
Atheeq insisted that we come to school at 6.30. I was like nooo but Juli made a scene saying how we need to come early to practise. So i arrived at school at 6.45 aaaand...no one was there at all. Then Prashan showed up ten minutes later with Sudeeptha and Mariah. Ironically, Atheeq and Juli came like ten minutes before the first bell. We realized that we were totally unprepared. We didn't have Ashan's 'wedding ring', no garbage, no nanovacuum. Luckily, sudeeptha had her 'wedding ring', there was a broom backstage and Juli had brought his costume in a black bag. We managed to somehow get it all ready on time (I have no idea how...) and so were backstage waiting for it to start.
Then we realize that theres no chair 4 me to sit on the stage. So while mariah's introducing us, Atheeq (dressed in a black shirt, blue tie and black trousers) walks on stage with this huuuuge heavy chair and plonks it down on stage and walks off. Then halfway through the intro, i remember again that the garbage that atheeq asks me to clear up is missing on stage. But there's no time to do anything much about it. So i walk on stage (with 2 pigtails...:( ) and sit down on stage. Atheeq comes 'home' from 'work' (with a garbage bag on his shoulder that he 'oh-so-casually' dropped on stage halfway through. :P). Then we sed our lines and Juli came onstage (in a white mask, white shirt with white cardboard on his hands. It looked sooo cool) dancing to pokerface by Lady gaga. Eeeevryone loved it and they were like claping along to it and stuff. So we did the whole scene and Atheeq had to scream above the music but i dont think anyone heard him. Juli was doing all these FUNNY things! And he was like 'garbage detected, initiatig garbage destruction in 1, 2, 3, 4, 72.5 and kicked it almost off stage. The bag contained all our pencil cases and Ashans trousers (dont ask). Then we went off to the side.
Then sudeeptha said a bit more and we got so late to do our classroom scene as the nanovacuum was missing. The nanobot finally had to bring it onstage. (to pokerface again. :)) Ashan was okay but he sorta messed up his lines again ("how dare you take off my ring and suck it into the nanovacuum" - Prashan never took off his ring, it fell) So we rehearsed the slap scene and we went onstage. I was waiting 4 mariah n sudeeptha to finish arguing n come onstage to bow and all. When i looked around, im standing alone in the middle of the stage, looking like an idiot. I was so confused, i just curtsied (like a proper 'archaic' person :P) and ran off.
We begged ms.nadie to let us cut lit and watch the assembly so we did. Juli and we started singing Jimmy (ajaa) to heal the world (some class was performing it onstage) and everyone was staring. As soon as Mr.Ashoka started speaking to the assembly, we went...
Sooo...that was pretty much it. (we lost the ring that saved our lives. It fell off stage - lazerized) It was fun in that none of us got the stage fright that we thought we would get.
Now, if i have to tell u 2 check ur email when u come to school im going to freak out cuz then this was such a waste of time.
